Electrical Projects: Silkstream Roof Garden Lighting – Hendon

We delivered the landscape lighting installation for the roof garden at Silkstream, creating a welcoming green space for residents in the heart of North London. The lighting was seamlessly integrated into the planters and seating areas, providing practical illumination while preserving the garden’s natural character.

Carefully selected colour temperatures created a warm, comfortable atmosphere while helping to minimise the impact on surrounding planting and wildlife. The finished installation enhances paths, benches and landscaped areas without overpowering the space.

Office Fit-Out - Aveley

The client approached us to complete the electrical fit-out of a newly refurbished office space. The existing installation was outdated, so we reviewed and upgraded it to suit the new layout and provide a safer, more efficient and future-ready working environment.

Energy-efficient lighting was installed to improve illumination while reducing ongoing energy use and maintenance. Throughout the project, we worked closely with the client and other trades to coordinate the installation, keep the programme on schedule and achieve a clean, professional finish.

Global House Lighting Upgrade - Huntingdon

The client approached us to replace outdated fluorescent tube lighting throughout their office space. We recommended energy-efficient Fusion LED panels, providing brighter, more consistent illumination while reducing energy consumption and ongoing maintenance.

As part of the upgrade, we reviewed the emergency-lighting layout to ensure adequate illumination and safe evacuation in the event of a power failure. All removed fittings and fluorescent tubes were responsibly recycled through our trusted waste-management supply chain, helping to minimise the project’s environmental impact.

Oval Village Landscape Lighting - Oval

We delivered the landscape lighting installation for Block B at Oval Village, covering its roof garden and courtyard. Each fitting was carefully positioned and seamlessly integrated into the layout, complementing the planting, pathways and architectural features.

The completed scheme creates a welcoming environment for residents and visitors while allowing the landscaping to remain the main focus.
